Born in the Philippines, I moved to the United States at the age of 7.  The son and grandson of US Air Force Officers, I grew up traveling the world seeing unique cultures and people.  This experience has enabled me to adapt to change very quickly and to feel comfortable and confident in any environment.  I instill this same approach to life in my 3 incredible children, Tyler (13), Mikella (8) & Austin (5).   A 15 year veteran in the Real Estate and Financial Services industry at the highest levels, I approach Real Estate from a number of different perspectives: as a market, as a risk management technique, as a business and as a matter of economic stabilization.
